[ Which-- is the sort of question no one wants a telepath considering. He also opts not to put Black's name down in writing, what with the network being so weird of late, but the inference for confirmation is plain enough. ]
[ There's a delay, although its impossible to tell between texts, where random delays are habitual. This delay is one wherein Charles is honestly not sure what to say. He only knows Sirius on the back of Severus' word, and believes it well enough.
It just seems so ludicrous. And dangerous. ]
I'm glad he isn't as clever as he is a prat, then if he can't change, can he be persuaded, do you think?

the tech is a little beyond my time so I might recruit some assistance to get it catalogued
Yes. Secret-Keeping magic is complex, and dangerous. Forcing someone to become unable to communicate one thing is difficult enough, but entire broad topics? The scale of it would be staggering.
Yet there still appears to be wiggle room. Baiting people into twenty questions.
Perhaps I should say the ones it won't respond to at all.
> How do we get to the white room? > Are we tasked with obtaining a proverbial golden fleece, much as Jason was?
Silence. Perhaps it'll come back later, but the delay is noteworthy. There is a white room. The fact that it can't spit out an instant obfuscation all but proves it. We are tasked with something; we've suspected this for some time.
It seems to have genuinely answered William and Claire. Possibly Erik.
it terminated its line of conversation with Claire, even I expect some of the later ones will get cycled through or ignored as has happened in the past but the white room is particularly elusive
wiggle room also in reprimand for the wrong questions whether because they won't net correct thinking or it can't answer
