I'm in contact with Corvo Attano, Kate Bishop, and William Tsang. I'm willing to bet every field op is going to have a rather large chunk of their memory missing. It's been consistent so far.
I've also got Darcy Lewis and Ryuuzaki on hand; they're the only comms liaisons who worked on both trips. They should be able to get through the intel quicker than most.
What do you think about sending another team back out?
Back in, no, I don't think that's wise even if any of them volunteered. Something in Shepard's message makes me hesitant. But I know I can round up a few people. One of them you may not like, but I'd rather have him working where I can keep an eye on him.
If someone is crazy enough to go out there, knowing what's coming isn't going to make them panic. The ones who're going to panic are the ones who're going to lose their minds if they find out we're attempting it.

No more than necessary. Honestly if I had more I'd tell them more, but we have about a thousand questions and very few answers at this point.

Keeping them dark is better. Less panic. I wouldn't even know what to do with it if we had answers.
